Delivery Days
Delivery is available Monday to Saturday, subject to availability, weather conditions and transport logistics. Delivery timeframes, cut-off times and any next-day delivery availability are shown on the website and may vary depending on demand and scheduling capacity.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to the address provided during checkout, within our service area. It is important that all delivery details entered are accurate so your order can be processed and delivered without delay. Orders may be declined or cancelled if the delivery address falls outside the available service area.
Minimum Order
The minimum turf order is 30m² per checkout. Turf is sold by square metre, with pricing and delivery charges displayed during the online checkout process.
Before Your Delivery Arrives
To help ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure:
- your delivery address is correct
- the site is safe and accessible for delivery
- any specific access instructions are provided when ordering
- someone is available if access to the site requires directions or assistance
If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect details, restricted access or unsafe conditions, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
Turf Is Freshly Harvested and Perishable
Turf is a living, perishable product, so it is important to be ready for delivery before your order arrives. Natural colour variation, minor leaf variation and seasonal appearance changes can occur and are a normal part of a natural lawn product.
Install Your Turf Promptly
For best results, turf should be installed within 12 hours of delivery. Leaving turf unlaid for too long increases the risk of heat stress and deterioration, especially in warmer conditions. Once turf has been delivered, prompt installation is critical to successful establishment.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated or displayed at checkout. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
Changes to Orders or Delivery
Because turf is harvested and scheduled specifically for delivery, changes and cancellations may be limited once an order has been confirmed. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible through the website support channel and we will advise whether the change can be accommodated. If harvesting or dispatch arrangements have already been made, cancellation fees may apply.
Inspect Your Turf on Arrival
Please inspect your turf as soon as it is delivered. If you have any concerns about the condition of the turf on arrival, these should be reported within 24 hours, along with clear photos of the turf as delivered and any product labels.

Successful turf establishment depends not only on delivery, but also on proper site preparation, timely laying, and correct watering and maintenance after installation. Aussie Turf Direct provides general guidance, but ongoing care remains the customer’s responsibility.
