- How do I measure my lawn?
Measure the length x width of each area in metres and add them together to calculate total square metres (m²). Our product pages include a simple m² calculator.
- What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 30m² per checkout. This allows us to supply fresh-cut turf efficiently and maintain quality.
- When will my turf be delivered?
Delivery is available Monday to Saturday. Orders placed by 12pm may be eligible for next-day delivery where available.
- Do I need to be home for delivery?
Not always. As long as safe access is provided and delivery instructions are clear, delivery can usually proceed.
- How quickly must turf be installed?
Turf must be installed within 12 hours of delivery. Turf is a living product and delays significantly increase the risk of stress or deterioration.
- Do you install turf?
No. Aussie Turf Direct is supply-only. Installation is the responsibility of the customer or their chosen contractor.
- What happens if it rains?
Light rain is generally not an issue. Extreme weather may impact harvesting or delivery schedules. We will notify you if changes are required.
- What if there is a problem with my turf?
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the turf as delivered. Our complaints process is fair and transparent.
- Is turf covered by warranty?
We warrant turf to be in good condition on delivery. Ongoing performance depends on correct installation, watering, and maintenance.
- Do you offer refunds?
Refunds or replacements are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law. Turf is perishable and claims are ssessed case by case.
